Such an interesting color to me! My eyes are blue, husband's are brown with flecks of green and gold. What color do you think our child's eyes will settle into?

How is the crumb/oven spring?
Used this recipe:

BF was 6.5 hours at 72 degrees.

I have been baking for about 7ish months now (maybe not a beginner anymore?). But I feel like I used to get better oven spring and also is the crumb too tight?
