Does anyone have a fix for the blisters that are showing up on my hot tub head rests? Is there some kind of vinyl repair kit for this?

Found in Delaware, Eastern USA

I'm in Northern Delaware US and have found 8 Eastern Hercules Beetles in my yard this year. I've never found them before. Most of them have been on their back. A couple of them have seemed to be struggling and near death. I've only found one female and it was dead. Things have been pretty dry and I'm wondering if that has brought them out and above ground.
