Manipulative Dumbledore is mad because Harry, and his friends, and painfully shy and can barely even talk to another person.

Dumbledore sighed. This... this was a huge problem. It was his own fault really, it made sense at the time, putting Harry with the Dursleys. Now, looking back on it, putting Harry in a family that hated magic was a bad idea. Of course he'd end up like this. He was pathetic.

Harry was horribly anxious. Couldn't even talk to the boy he sent to spy on him in the carriage! Although, he had striked up a friendship with Ron Weasley. His family were poor, he could probably pay them to spy on Harry for him. He also striked up a friendship with the Longbottom boy and a muggle-born named Hermione.

Though, strangely enough, all of them were like Harry. Not in the sense that they were all first years. No, in the fact they were terribly shy.

Neville made sense, he heard the rumors of him being a Squib early on and being a pure-blood family, his cousins would definitely say, or do, something to prove he's magic. He could also imagine why Ron's like it, having 5 older brothers, and then a younger sister couldn't have been easy to stand out. Hermione, being a muggle-born, he had no idea but a quick letter to her parents would figure that out.

Either way, it was annoying. Harry needed to be brave to face Voldemort one day, and he's far from it now. Maybe forcing him to join the Quidditch team would help.

Harry, wanting to prove he didn't put his name in the Goblet of Fire, drinks a potion of Veritaserum. Choas then happens as he reveals his secrets.

Ron ran into the great hall and looking in, he saw he was too late. Harry was standing in the middle of hall, drinking a potion of Veritaserum. Clearly, the isolation had gotten to him.

Hermione had told Ron because she thought he was the only one who could talk him out of it, since he was the one he missed the most. As Ron watched, he felt horrible. Why didn't he just believe that didn't Harry put his name in the Goblet of Fire.

This was going to be tough to watch.

"Now, ask me if I put my name in the Goblet of Fire." Harry announced.

"What's a secret you've only told your friends?" A Slytherin yelled.

"That I'm bi." As the words left his lips, Harry immediately felt himself die a little inside. This was a terrible idea.

"What's something you'd never tell anyone?" A different Slytherin asked.

"That the hat wanted to put me in Slytherin. Well, I could have done both but Slytherin and Giffinydor were the main two." Harry said. Once again, he felt a piece of his soul leave him.

Ron finally snapped out of his daze. He needed to stop this. "Did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?" He yelled across the Hall, because he knew Harry wouldn't leave till he cleared his name.

After the second potions lesson, Harry vowed to himself that he'd get Snape to like him. No matter how long it took, or what he had to do. Even if it took all 7 years. By the time he left Hogwarts, he would get every teacher to like him. No matter what it took.

"You're a smart kid Harry, remember that."

"I know it seems like a lie, but trust me, things will get better. Just hang in there."

"Oh, and Harry, tell me if Dudley bothers you."

Harry remember all those words fondly. They were from his primary school teachers. They liked him. Even if the Dursleys didn't, they liked him.

It was the one foundation Harry had in his early life. That the teachers cared about him. It had always been that way.

Until his first day at Hogwarts.

After that first day, more specifically after his first potions class, something inside him felt different. Like a part of himself was missing. All his life, all his teachers liked him. All the teachers at Hogwarts likes him. All for one.

Snape, the potions master and teacher.

Turns out, when traveling back in time, you can't just go into your younger body. You could, however, have the form of your younger body. (Time Travel Harry goes back to when he was 11, but has to be in a separate body from his past self.)

Harry felt his back slam into a wall. However, with the adrenaline running though his veins he didn't care about the pain.

He opened and eyes and saw he'd done it. He went back in time. He looked 11 again and was in Platform 9¾. He'd have a chance to save everyone, save everything. This time no one would die.

But first, he needed to find someone. Himself. Well, technically his 11-year-old self. Turns out, when traveling back in time, you can't just go into your younger body. You could, however, have the form of your younger body.

Harry looked towards the train, his past self should already be one it. Quickly running onto it, he found the cabin he was in during the first ride. It was a strange feeling, seeing yourself in the past. Seeing yourself before everything went wrong.

Harry quickly entered, his past self looked up, and immediately felt a mix of being scared and shocked that someone looked exactly like him.

"Harry, we need to talk. And very quickly too." Harry (well, future-Harry he supposed he should call himself now) said, hoping he'd have time to explain everything.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

I decided to keep my idea for Harry plan out of it, just in case someone wanted to go down a different route. But my idea for it was that Harry would pose as his past-selfs twin, that way he wouldn't have to hide. Though, if you have another idea, feel free to say so in the comments.

The Wizarding World was strange, Harry noticed. Everyone seemed to avoid him, and move out of his way. When he asked Hagrid, he told the story of how he's the only person to survive the killing curse.

It was probably in his head, Harry decided. What else would it be?

Though, Harry would eventually figure it out on the Hogwart Express when talking to Ron.

"You're Harry Potter!" Ron said, excited. Though, just as quickly, he fearfully asked "Are t-the rumors t-true?"

"What rumors," Harry asked.

"The death ones. That because you survived the killing curse, death follows you." Ron took a breath before saying "There's another one that says you can kill people just by glaring at them."

Ron quickly added, "No offense if they aren't true."

Harry was in shock, and everything made a lot more sense. "That.... That has to be the dumbest rumor I've ever heard."

He looked at Ron and asked "Do... Do people genuinely believe that? That I can kill from just giving them a look?"

Ron nodded as Harry lent back.

Ron decided to try and make him feel better. "At least you can dispelled the rumors at school, well if you want to dispell them."

Harry looked at Ron, confused. "Why wouldn't I want to get rid of the rumors?"

Ron shrugged, "No one would mess with you, so you'd be able to get away with a lot of things. So, a lot of free regin and no bullies."

Harry realized he had a very important choice to make and very little time to make it. Either, dispell the rumors and have a normal time at Hogwarts, or have a Hogwarts experience like no one else.
