Why does IIMA have low percentile requirements?

I was just experimenting and figuring out whether top MBA colleges is a realistic goal for me in the future, was SHOCKED to see such low percentile requirement from IIMA, thought it might be a glitch for a little while lol

Profile: 94.8/91.6/69, MBBS (tier 3 GMC), 12-19 months work experience, 4 rated extracurricular

Is an MBBS still that rare in an MBA? And if so why only IIMA have lower required percentile?

Would also love to know about how to evaluate your extracurriculars and any precedents I can look into, what should I focus on for the next 5.5 yrs of my UG, thanks :)

Will there be a rank inflation in UP?

Recently we have seen very unexpected merit lists in multiple states, I have secured a 23800+ AIR and was barely hoping to make it to an OK GMC in UP and was still disappointed.

But ab toh lag rha hai ki nanga naach hone wala h... Should I start preparing for a drop? I don't think I can wait for counselling? Smjh nahi aarha kya kru... Abtk AIQ ki list bhi nahi bani h dhang se, kuchh bhi colleges daal diye h... Can someone pls recommend
