A group of friends and I are coming to Austin for the OSU Texas game. Any recommendations on good spots during gameday? We want to take in the full game day experience and are open to bars, restaurants, tailgate spots, or really any recommendations.
Need advice on if I'm being overly cautious and excessively worrying, or if I'm being reasonable regarding my old deck. Original owners built a deck in 2000 with pressure treated wood and it's starting to show the need of repair and/or replacement. CCA was almost certainly used as treatment based on when the deck was built, so I'm worried about removal of the existing wood. If I wear gloves, and do not cut any of the wood to remove it, do I run much risk of exposing myself to harmful levels of arsenic?
My understanding and limited experience with a prybar would lead me to believe that I would generally limit sawdust exposure to a minimum level.
Help me understand a reasonable risk level and precautions I need to take.
