I’ve been reading a lot of negative comments online and on YouTube about the GH 2.4L turbo engine. Many people say the naturally aspirated hybrid is a better choice for long-term reliability.
Unfortunately, the Hybrid Limited is already outside my budget, so I’m considering the gas Grand Highlander Limited instead.

My biggest concern is reliability. I plan to keep this SUV for 10+ years and hopefully 150K–200K miles.
Is the 2.4L turbo really something to worry about? Can it realistically last that long with proper maintenance, or am I just overthinking all the negative comments?
