Red Beans & Rice?

I make some red beans and rice today but I feel like it turned into a gumbo red beans and rice hybrid. I had a bunch of sausage I needed to use up so I threw it all in. I added Okra because I like Okra and wanted Okra. Hopefully this passes or is at least more acceptable than the local NJ "cajun" restaurant. This "andouille" is the best I can find.

Northern "Cajun" Food

This is an apparently popular "Cajun" restaurant up here in NJ. I apologize for my fellow yankees desecration of your beloved cuisine. This sub is awesome and I love making my own Cajun style food and feel like I do a pretty good job. I stumbled across this place while looking for something other than an Italian restaurant. They're not my pictures, I got them from yelp. The jambalaya and etouffee look like soup and the red beans and rice looks like they just poured the beans out of the can. If you guys want to make some money come up here and open up a real Cajun restaurant but I won't blame you if you don't either lol

Lemon tree

My wife has a lemon tree in a pot and some of the lemons are turning brown in a strange way. What is this and what do I need to do to stop it? Thanks
