I recently took these cuttings off my cameronii to make my cameronii bushes into trees. They are sitting in California shade, it's been 2 days. How long should I wait before I put them in potted soil? I eventually want to put them back into the ground. Thank you for your help!.

A long time ago I purchased a Cameronii that was grown into a tree. I've had good success with smaller versions.

My question is how do I take my small versions and grow them into the tree variant? Thank you in advance for any help!
