Tolerate CPAP well but cannot get thru transitional sleep apnea.

Hi fellow sufferers of the worst disease ever invented. I tolerate CPAP fine if I can fall to sleep. However, I experience transitional sleep apnea when wearing CPAP that lowers my oxygen to 87% and wakes me up. looking for some kind of hack that gives me a bit more air as my O2 drops when I am falling asleep.

Did anyone find with OMAD that keto was the right diet for you?

years and years of depression and brain fog.

I seem to be getting clarity with OMAD, but between 3-6pm I have intense hunger that seems to counter the clarity of OMAD. However, after 4 weeks of OMAD I no longer feel that hunger. Instead I feel clarity most of the day until I eat dinner. My dinner does have plenty of carbs. I wonder if my body is telling me keto is the way to go?

I am finding different definitions for UARS from different doctors. I understand it is a very difficult disease to diagnose.

My main question is do some of you experience drops in oxygen that aren't low enough to count as apneas, but are still lower than your average?
When I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea I bought a home oxygen monitor. What I found most concerning wasn't the number of apneas, but the fact I could stay at 90% for 1 hour at a time several times a night. CPAP has not worked for me so I lost 15 pounds and started using a MAD. Now those drops do not go as low. Only dropping to 92%. However, most of the time I am at 95%. This makes me believe that my body really wants to be around 95%, but can't maintain this all night. thoughts?
