hey guys and ghosts, i wanted to share this with you guys and see if some of you can relate because i think it has something to do with the podcast but let me know what you think!

so i just started listening again after a long break. after two years i started to get the itch for more paranormal stories, and im definitely bias but these two lovely ladies are the only ones i go to for my paranormal fix LOL.

up until this point ive been sleeping just fine through the night. back when id listen, though, id always wake up around 2-3am time for seemingly no reason. i always attributed it to meds or drinking (i was a couple of wine glasses at night kind of gal but have since switched to water LOL) and after a while my sleep went back to normal and i really cant remember the last time ive woken up abruptly like this.

well, until i started listening again, anyway. ever since i picked it back up last week i have woken up at 2-3am for majority of that time up until now. nothing happens when i wake up except for this intense feeling of someone watching me. they dont show themselves nor make noise or anything but i can feel them there. i dont feel haunted during the day or even that anyone is in my room except for when im woken up at this time.

i think sven may be paying me a visit. it doesnt feel malicious or anything its just uncomfortable. i dont feel like anythings attached to me or anything either. should i tell him to knock it off? do you think hes saying hello after a long time away? idk. its just odd how it only started happening after i picked up listening again.
