- August 2026 interview, official told my wife to stay out for the interview, did the interview myself, official asked who my sponsor is (my stepdad) and if I have his latest tax return information since my wife don’t meet income requirements for sponsorship. He also asked about my current employment information (i have an C08 EAD from the asylum case), asked just 3 or 4 of the security questions (drug trafficking, any illegal entry or deportation) , at the end of the interview I asked him if he was going to interview my wife and he said it wasn’t necessary since the 130 was already approved
