We’re a group of 4 working bachelors looking for a 2BHK flat for rent in Chala, Vapi.

Requirements:
- 2BHK
- Preferably semi-furnished or fully furnished
- Bachelors allowed
- Immediate move-in (or available soon)
- Budget: Around ₹15k–20k (flexible depending on the property)

We’re primarily looking for direct owner listings to avoid paying brokerage. However, if a broker has a genuinely good property that matches our requirements, we’re happy to consider it. We’d just prefer to avoid brokerage unless the property is worth it.
