I don’t understand whether the client can introduce bugs in UHRS or ask developers to add bugs to my HITApp. Since the new SBS batches appeared, I still get a 4-hour account block even when working slowly and maintaining 100% accuracy. This never happened earlier, but now it keeps happening.

Has anybody noticed that the SBS batches unexpectedly disappeared from the dashboard just now?
