It’s not that I’m hitting the "usage cap" the files just take forever to finish uploading. Sometimes the progress bar gets stuck or takes a full minute just to process a basic PDF or image.

My internet is fine, so I’m wondering if it’s a server-side issue or if they’re throttling upload bandwidth now.

Is this happening to anyone else?
