I’m only on episode 4 but I feel like some of the shots and camera angles in this show are sooo strange and give it such an ominous vibe even when everything is fine?? Maybe I’m alone with this but the shooting of so much of this show is so strange and really puts me on edge sometimes haha.
I love to do all forms of journaling and recently have wanted to start a travelers journal. I saw someone on Tiktok DIY a travelers journal from a zippered pouch and it gave me the idea to do this (I love to junk journal and thought the file folder could be great storage, displaying pictures etc.) and it’s already such a great shape for a journal. I cut the accordion plastic in half, removed some of the accordion sections, then added a cardboard panel on the back to stabilize the file pockets on the back side. I melted the elastic holes with a hot needle and threaded the elastic loops with some bracelet elastic I had. I can fit A6 inserts nicely (I could have fit larger ones and filled out the top space more but wanted something more standardized for buying inserts, I’m also going to add a pen loop in the top section to fit a compact pen ☺️). I kind of just freeballed it so I’m really happy with how it turned out and excited to use it more and decorate!
