I have a 13 room hotel and ive had two guest call me about a email they received which ask them to resend there credit card info to confirm there booking otherwise it will be cancled. I asked one of the guest to send me a photo of the email beacsue it couldn't be forwarded and it wasn't sent from us. This is some scam and im very worried. What can I do to stop it
I have a 13 room hotel in california and ive noticed that reviews are allways more positive on expedia then booking.com. im wondering is this just for me or is it a common thing for other hotels. Dose it have to do with the types of people who book from expedia vs booking ?

I am currently using asi pms for a 13 room hotel. I want to know for those who have used asi and then switched to a difrent pms. What's it like. The pros and cons. And wahts the best pms in your opinion thank you
The way my bed is placed i only have 2 to 3 feet of space from where the projector will be to the wall. I understand the best is to get a ultra short throw projector but there significantly more. I want to get one of the regular ones from Amazon that are 100 to 300 dollars. They seem good with a lot of good reviews but I dont know if it'll work from this distance. I do plan to get a much better ust projector but in a future date. I want to see if its feasible to get a cheep one just for the moment and if it'll work at that distance. I dont mind if the pictures size is lees. 50 inch dinagonl is more then enough
