Tornado warnings south of Kansas City, our sheepadoodle sheltering in place, on top of our 7YO
Took this last night, from our basement. This is our 4th-5th basement shelter over the last four weeks. Already a busy tornado season south of Kansas City. Our little kids wake up, groggy for school the next morning, having been woken up in the middle of the night for a dash downstairs. Safe is safe, though! As I answer work emails this morning, I kept thinking about this picture. Wanted to share. Real life moments amidst the messiness of tornado season.
