Hi everyone,

I just moved in three days ago and when I viewed the apartment I didn't notice an odor but ever since I moved in the air seems to be unsafe. Everytime I come in a smoke smell hits me in the face, and ever since the first morning I woke up here, my throat hurts the same way it has every time I've ever smoked. I don't smoke but I have a few times in my life. I want to break the lease. What are my options? This is in Texas and this is my first time renting

Hi everyone,

I'm moving into an apartment on my own in two days and I need to have electricity set up. The property manager recommended the following (screenshots). This is my first time having to set up electricity so I don't know what to choose. I tried doing research on this but I didn't understand it. I only know the lower the number, the better. But then it gets confusing to me bc of the plans and contract. There's many to choose from. Is what was recommended to me good?
