What does everyone have set up as a potty system for their elderly dogs that need bathroom access 24/7?

Current set up is a tray with a grass patch on top and a hole in the tray so it drains out over our drain on our terrace . However we’re moving and the new terrace won’t have a drain 😭 we have an elderly dog that needs 24/7 access.

Hi looking to see if anyone has done this job and recommends it. What does your day to day look like, do you have any office time? I see it’s not supported by a union so has there been any cons to that? Weekends and holidays off ? Pros and cons would be great!!

Does anyone work at the Hicksville location and can tell me if there’s parking onsite, how is the work environment, how are the supervisors etc
