Does anyone else’s parrots do crazy preening when they’re in their “crackhead” mood? 😂

Hello. This is my 6-7 month old Eclectus. I’ve had him for two months. He only gets a variety of fresh vegetables and some fruit and occasionally Harrison pellets, no seeds etc. He gets pine nuts during training. I can’t seem to find anything on wing flipping, is it this (twitching right wing)? He only does this sometimes. Just want to make sure he is ok.
