I’ve been working at this startup for a while now and everything is making me question my decision. Having 12 hours of night shift with a 30 minute break at 9lpa. Is it worth it? And it’s 6 days a week with optional Sunday. Not sure if I’m lowballing myself or if this has become a new standard
