has anyone tried neatcell pico laser at home? (for capillaries)
Hi, I've seen this in lots of places, sells for silly money on amazon, but cheap on all the big Chinese sites. I've seen a few YouTube videos but they're mainly removing tattoos, I'm interested in it for broken/dialated capillaries. Anyone here have any experience, good or bad? Thanks
