Why doesn’t Jake’s avatar have his tattoos, but Quaritch’s one does?
I noticed that Quaritch’s avatar has a tattoo on his arm, and Lyle as well, but Jake didn’t have any of the 2 tattoos he had in his human form. Does this mean that Lyle and Quaritch went and got themselves the tattoos when they were transferred to their avatar bodies, or tattoos count as some genetic feature that is transferred right away to your avatar (like moles) and Jake not having his tattoos was just a plot hole?
