Sometimes you reach that really difficult point where you have to choose between two colors. For the roof trim, I’m torn between black and gray. They give the building completely different vibes. Or maybe I should just make half of it black and half white, haha. 😆

Today I discovered a new location in LEGO Fortnite. I found the glowing trees and the Storm King’s Lake, haha. 😂

Anyone else a fan of modern homes with a garden in the center? 🌿 😁 I’ve actually put quite a bit of thought into it. The challenge is figuring out how to make a simple, box shaped house look interesting.

🏝️ My first proper tour of the White Mansion! 🏡✨ Normally, I don’t spend much time decorating the interiors because by the time the exterior is finished, I’m already hitting the build limit… or, honestly, I’m just too lazy 😂 What do you think of the interior? 🙌

But this time, I really wanted to give the inside some life and make it feel like an actual home. I put as much detail and personality into it as I possibly could.
Come take a full tour of the White Mansion and see what’s inside! 👀🤍

This is my first time fully decorating the interior. Normally, once I finish building a house, I just leave the inside completely empty, or at most, decorate only part of it. This is about as far as I can go, haha.

It’s a fairly simple build, nothing too complicated, since I modified it from the Star Wars vehicle dish. But the result didn’t turn out too bad at all. It’s still pretty decent in my opinion. Still looks kinda cool, haha.

Lately I’ve really been enjoying building in this style. It gives me a lot more creative freedom since I don’t have to overthink everything. I can just mix and match different ideas as I go.

The concept is that each tower represents different social classes. The lower floors are home to the working class, while the upper floors become progressively more luxurious for the wealthy. Every tower is designed to be completely self-sufficient, with everything from farms and workshops to food supplies and weapon storage all in one place.

That’s the concept I have in mind, but it’s still far from finished. I got lazy and ended up jumping into another project instead. 😆

I finally made it! Here’s the Jeep tutorial that so many of you have been asking for. It’s finally here! Thanks so much for all your support. ❤️ 👇👇👇

One small improvement I really hope Epic considers is strengthening the building connections. Right now, after finishing a build, some connected pieces or Rotating joint randomly detach, break, or become impossible to rotate, even though they were placed correctly.

It may seem like a small issue, but for players who spend dozens of hours creating detailed builds, it’s incredibly frustrating. A tiny connection bug can force you to rebuild entire sections or limit what you’re willing to create.
If this building connection system were made more stable, it would completely change the creative experience. Builders would have far more freedom to experiment with advanced designs, and we’d see even more incredible creations from the community. Sometimes the smallest quality-of-life improvements make the biggest difference. The bug keeps causing the wings to detach from the vehicle, even when it’s just parked in the sky. By now, there are probably hundreds of loose wings floating all over my world. 😆

Hmm, I’m really liking these new solid black glass pieces. Just a few more days and I’ll have the complete set. I hope the final day gives everyone who missed a few pieces along the way a chance to collect them all.

Another pictures after adding some interior details. Now I’m brainstorming a way to build a giant sliding hangar door. Any ideas 😅

I’m not sure what to call this place. It’s used for building, repairing, and maintaining spacecraft, vehicles, and aircraft, as well as storing construction materials. Do you think “Engineering Complex” would be a fitting name? Haha 😅

I think people who enjoy building cars and other vehicles are really going to love this update. It feels like a huge leap forward compared to the very first generation of vehicles. The difference is pretty remarkable, and hopefully they’ll keep improving it even more in future updates. 👏👏

Natural English: It’s still kind of annoying that this bug keeps making me crash into rocks or trees that have already been destroyed. It’s like they’re invisible rocks and trees. 😂 I was just about to show off my new ride and look cool for a second. 😅😆😆

I’ve always wondered… does LEGO Fortnite count when people talk about LEGO games?

I honestly think it’s one of the better LEGO games out there, yet its player base is much smaller than Fortnite Battle Royale’s. Part of that is probably because Fortnite is still best known as a battle royale game, even though Epic has been expanding it into a platform with many different experiences, including LEGO Fortnite. On top of that, survival sandbox games tend to attract a more niche audience than competitive shooters. So maybe it’s a combination of both, rather than just one reason. 🤔

Every time I finish a build, I immediately start thinking about the next one. 😆 The downside is… I rarely come back to finish the interior, so most of my builds are missing that final touch.

I can only dream of having someone in my world who’s passionate about interior decorating. That would be a game changer! 😂

That mountain in the background looks like a pretty interesting spot. What have you guys built up there? 👀

u/markmerkel22 — 1 month ago

I honestly have no idea what style this is anymore. 😅 Once I ran out of ideas, I just started throwing every random concept I liked into one build… different themes, different styles, all mashed together.

Then I stepped back and looked at it… You know what? It actually doesn’t look half bad. 😂
