Trying to lose weight by August?

I (20F) used to be 130-132lbs earlier this year but i unfortunately gained weight (i’m now 140lbs). I really want to lose this ASAP and i know that’s not really possible so Im asking for advice. I already run outside with a few friends and now I try to hit 10K steps each day. I try not to eat until 12PM and only eat one meal. I haven’t been sleeping well and I know that’s also plays a part in weight gain as well. I want to lose maybe 10-15lbs. What more can i do to lose this weight?

I’m 5’2 and Filipino if ethnicity plays a factor in any of this
