Ttrying to introduce my two irl besties to my parasocial bestie Caleb, what eps should I tell them to listen to/watch?

I’m still on here, Goodreads and Pinterest (prob coming off Pinterest soon) but I’ve been off all other social media since last year and it feels SO GOOD. I still keep up with the news but it just feels like such a relief to no longer be on social media. I changed jobs two years ago to a role where I don’t do any communications work, therefore don’t need to access any social media at work and it’s made such a difference to my life.

I don’t have many people I can talk to about this IRL other than my husband so I’m keen to hear other people’s positive experiences of it!

I’m really just so much more present in my life now, I appreciate smaller things, I’m healthier, I don’t feel like I’m wasting as much time, I’ve taken up new hobbies! I regret having spent so much time on social media in the past but I’m so glad that my son will grow up with his parents not glued to their phones scrolling.

I would love to hear about others experiences of this!
