I hit my head pretty badly a couple of weeks ago. The spot hurt for a couple of days and after about 72 hours I woke up to non-stop vomit and had to go to the er. They said I had a concussion and I’ve definitely been disoriented for a couple of weeks, But I also get chronic migraines and fatigue normally. I haven’t had any headaches or real pain, just some dizziness and fatigue if I over exert myself.

Is it possible to have a concussion without headaches and light sensitivity?
