Two weeks ago, in my alt+tab on Windows, I saw a weird window titled "run" which I couldn't close, and if I clicked on it, it wouldn't open any window. Seemed suspicious.
Asked Fable 5 to look through my running processes. Didn't find anything suspicious.
Then it suggested a command to restart the Windows task bar (which is apparently an application you can just restart, without closing your open windows), with the hypothesis that it might be a taskbar bug.
After restarting it was indeed gone. I think it mentioned it being a common taskbar bug, which seemed plausible enough to continue with my day. Hope it was correct.
