Missed annual recertification

I've been my mom's provider 4 years and every year , a letter has come in the mail to let me know it's time for the yearly recertification. I didn't get that letter this year.Apparently it was due in april. I called to speak with the social worker and was not able to get a hold of her. I've been calling trying to get ahold of a social worker for over 2 months.Now I called the other day they told me the case has been terminated. I called the other day, and they told me since I've been trying to make contact since before the case was terminated.They're going to honor that. I've since learned that the social worker has been changed multiple times\nIn the last six months. I've also left several messages for the supervisor. No one is getting back to me. What do I do?
