Advice on how to light but this rock without getting blinded from the patio

I'm having some trouble finding the best light for this rock. The problem is if I use that spotlight then I don't really have a way to not get blinded from the patio that sits behind the light.

Any ideas? Do the honey comb louvers work? Right now its a 3w mr16 bulb in a spotlight with an adjustable shroud. I can't figure out a distance that makes the rock look well light but while also avoiding getting blinded by the light( I've gotten rid of most of the blind spots but it's inevitable right now)

I have 1 well light as a test. It okay, but it's not buried yet and I'm worried it won't put off enough light ( I.e. reach the top of the rock)

Someone bought my domain and put my website on it.

I let my domain expire because I was shutting down the business. But someone bought the domain and put the same website on it. So now I'm getting calls for the business that is closed.

Is there any recourse that can be done?

Keeping food warm for parties

I have an Electric Warming Tray (chefman brand). The pics all show putting the pyrex dishes directly on them, but i feel like that tends to dry a lot of food out (especially things like burgers.

Would you think it would be better to do a water pan on that (similar to chafing dishes?)?

Any other tips for keeping food warm besides a warming table?

6.9% rate with perfect credit and good income.

My lender is giving me a 6.9% rate as of Tuesday. It's not locked in yet because we dont close for 60 days.

Based on what I've seen it doesn't feel like it's a great rate.

What do you guys think?

They are only using one of our incomes even though if they used both it would be almost double. They are saying it won't change anything.

Credit score is 777

Income ( in the mortgage estimate is 17k / month)

Debts are 450/ month

Loan is about 840k (edit: we are putting 20% down)

Is that all of the info needed?

We get a 3% purchase price incentive so I feel like that a using that to inflate the approved amount since it's going down to 5.9 after the buydown.

I've been that avg rates are 6.5 still so it feels like I should be getting a better base rate.
