Am I being fairly paid? VP Private Equity - portfolio monitoring

32M. As title suggests, looking for some guidance as to whether I’m being fairly paid as a VP at a megafund focussing on portfolio monitoring and valuations. Currently on £200k total comp (£140k base £60k bonus). Also have some stock currently worth about £250k but that won’t vest for another 3 years.

Been in the role c. 5 years from associate having ACA qualified at a big 4 firm. I am now expecting to make director next year where I’ve been told to expect to base of c. £150k and c. £80k bonus with no additional stock.

Based in London, I manage a small team of 5 with a wider team of around 20 spread across Europe and NYC. Head of team sits in NYC but I have relatively strong autonomy over London team.

Having looked at some compensation reports I think I am being slightly underpaid as a VP (excl. stock) where I think I should be closing to £220-250k cash comp level. However keen to hear thoughts of any other people in similar roles here.
