Giving these away for free to give back to the community. I just ask that you pay for shipping. (Probably no more than $12, but will calculate based on zip)

I got them about a year ago for $40 off amazon. I haven’t used them in the past 6 months as I have been trying to find my perfect pair of headphones, so cycled through the nova pros, kithara, and think I finally landed on the audeze maxwell. So don’t need these anymore and maybe someone could use them… not audiophile by any means but definitely a decent set, the mic is actually exceptional.

Still in mint shape, they are a durable build.

[USA-VA] [H] AMD Ryzen 7900X CPU [W] PayPal

Timestamp: https://imgur.com/a/Hud6BvD

Used in prebuilt for 6 months. Upgraded to a 9800X3D. 7900X was immediately placed into the plastic protective case that the 9800X3D came in (after cleaning) upon removal from the PC. Will be shipped in the 9800X3D box for protection as well.

No issues with this cpu, in fact I’m only noticing marginal gains from the 9800X3D. It is quite a beast.

$215 shipped, I’ll send G&S invoice

Looking for mid-tier gaming headphones with a mic

Hi all and thanks in advance for advice. I am looking to spend less than $150 and don’t mind buying used off eBay as well.

I think I most desire an accurate, realistic sound. If it’s gaming I like to feel immersed, if it’s music I like to hear it as the artist intended it to be heard. Hopefully that makes sense. I have been playing electric piano and would like headphones that make it sound good when plugged into the 1/4” stereo adapter.

My previous attempts in finding my perfect headphones were with the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless and the Asus ROG Kithara. With both, while they were massive upgrades over my cheap $40 razer blackshark v2 X’s, they didn’t blow me away enough to make me feel justified in spending the money, so I resold them.

I would be comfortable with either open backs or closed backs, however with the Kitharas that are open backs my friends were annoyed because the audio bled through the mic. Also, i don’t have an amp or anything, and don’t consider myself an audiophile enough to mess with that sort of thing, so I do prefer a “plug and play” approach, so headphones that don’t have software I need to download and configure (annoying part of the Steelseries) that is also nice.

Looking for advice and thoughts on this MO27Q28GR and my situation

Hi all. I have decided to upgrade to OLED from a AOC Q27G40XMN mini led. I recently tried and got the new Alienware AW2726DM I believe it’s called for $350. I was a bit underwhelmed for the price, it felt dark at times (I play in a mostly lit room however no direct light on the screen). it didn’t feel to be enough of a meaningful upgrade to keep, and I returned it.

I’m now looking into options under $500 as I hope these will be meaningful upgrades. I’m looking for best bang for my buck, and hoping to get a panel that can compete with some that are in the $800-$1000 range for under $500.

This gigabyte model seems to be in the buzz recently, so I was considering it. I was also thinking that although it can’t compete with $800-$1000 panels, the MSI one from Costco seems like a good bang for your buck deal, and I’m thinking it could be better over the Alienware I returned.
