Passed step 1 without anki and sketchy

Gave my step 1 on June 4 and passed as an IMG . I got a tons of help and recommendations from this community and I would love to provide the same for someone like me rn . My resources - UWORLD , FIRSTAID , BnB selected topics , BOOTCAMP - Immuno and Biostats , Mehlman HY pdfs for Neuro anat and arrows , Dirty medicine and Dr.RandyNeil biostats … I don’t use anki decks or sketchy micro or pharm and I was comfortable with that … last 2 months were dedicated to NBME and free 120 ..
completed 96% u world and did marked and incorrect in last month along with nbme
NBME 26 - 68%
27- 65.5%
28- 68.5%
30- 62 %
31-69%
32-78%
33-79%
I gave Free 120 3 days before exam and got 80 %

WHEN TO EXPECT THE RESULTS - STEP 1

Gave my step on june4 and honestly the waiting time is so FRUSTRATING and OVERWHELMING ! The uncertainity sucks . Stuck between studying for step 2 or Neet PG but in the end im not doing shit ... just wasting my time and feeling guilty about it !

TESTED TODAY - JUNE 4

After the test i wasnt fully convinced that ill pass. but Hope i get that P . i had a very minimal number of biostat question and only 2 calculations . Surprisingly a LOOOT of anatomy and communication and a very little biochem and micro . TIME CONSTRAIN was the biggest issue ... had like more than 10 lengthy case-sheet kind of questions ... in the end Im done .. my part is over .. did a lot of hardwork for more than 8 months and im FINALLY DONE !

And today was nothing like the FREE 120 and NBME it was more like uworld ... on the brighter side .. Path / Immuno / RS was easy and direct .
