What are the differences between these 2 products?

I'm buying some insulation for my van and wondering what the differences are between these two materials? I will be putting some sound deadeners on too. Is it a good idea to buy both and put them over the top of each other? Or would one of these products be enough?

Efnote was a good choice

Being able to play with the hi-hat slightly open (until the vocals start) and the sound actually resembles what I'm playing is cool, some Audioslave!

Help with first steps of insulation

1: Renault kangoo 2013, I'm 18 years old, and it's my first time ever doing this, I need help! I'm in the very first stage of putting in earth wool as insulation, I've just taken off the plastic wheel covers and stuffed it in there, have I put in too much?

2: How would I go about insulating the rest of the side panels? I don't think I want to make wooden brackets to store insulation, as my van is small and might be unnecessary weight. I'd like solutions for some sort of wiring or mesh material that would hold the insulation in, so then I can put ply wood over the top?

I live in Australia, so Bunnings warehouse suggestions would be 👍

P.S, I do not plan on living in this van so I don't think the insulation needs to be too fancy or expensive, I'm not an extreme tradesman and would probably fuck up something technical, I just want it to be comfortable throughout summer for multi day trips along the coast

Audio keeps disconnecting whilst trying to video record

Efnote 3b, my android phone won't record audio for more than a couple seconds, it just goes crackly and eventually cuts out like in this video. I'm using an I-rig 1 and have tried plugging it both into 'output 1/L and 'output 2/R, I've also tried turning the volume down on my module, any suggestions or anyone has had a similar problem with the efnote??
