I am a decent sized artist and immediately got demonetized

Hello everyone my name is Matthew C. Wright. I am a pianist with a decent sized following across social media and other streaming services. I create relaxing piano songs overlayed with relaxing sounds (piano + ocean // piano + birds, etc) and record all of these sounds myself.

About a month ago I decided it was time to start uploading and maintaining my catalogue on Soundcloud, so I paid for artist pro and began uploading my music and attempting to monetize it. A few days after getting my first track monetized, I get the email above.

As far as I can tell, my relaxing piano + relaxing sounds are eligible for monetization since they do not violate any guidelines, and I certainly don't use any bots. I even went through the trouble of generating an exclusive license statement for every song that I monetized (there are a lot!) explaining that I own all the sounds and write my own music ,etc. No other streaming service has a problem with this.

It has been almost 2 weeks with no reply from soundcloud support. I am wondering if anyone has had any luck getting in contact with support, and what to do when you are demonetized erroneously. This whole debacle has got me wondering if it's even worth it to try and put my catalogue on soundcloud anyway or if I should just ask for a refund.

Any advice is appreciated. If anyone from soundcloud sees this my ticket # is 4614940.
