Hi, not sure if anyone will know how to solve this problem or not, but I keep getting this message on the login screen everytime I load the app on my ps5

I dont know why as it worked fine the other day, ive tried clearing my cache and doing a database rebuild, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I'm honestly not sure what else I can do, if anyone has any ideas or suggestions id really appreciate it, thanks
