Hi everyone! I was just wondering where to buy winter clothes at not crazy prices but that still u keeps u warm (obv I don't mean to buy a jacket for 50 euro or smt like that because affordable and warm usually don't fit togheter :( ) And do u have any advice about winter in general in Riga?

Labrīt visiem! I'm a foreigner that has to move to Riga in a few weeks. I was wondering if the tap water is drinkable or if I had to buy the water bottles at the supermarket/ buy a filter for the tab. Paldies par visu atbildēm!
