Did anyone else’s order come late and not receive the bubble bag and peptide eye prep?
I’m writing this out of curiosity - did anyone else have an order come extremely late but not receive the offer for the bag and eye prep? I was super surprised to see so many people getting the offer last Thursday and even some comments from people that got the offer even a though they had already received something. I ordered an hour after launch and my order was labeled as “shipped” on June 16 but sat in the rhode warehouse unmoving until June 23, after their shipping deadline (I did provide a screenshot with this info in my note to them). It did finally arrive on Friday after the offer had been sent out.
I know I shouldn’t expect much from a company, but I’m genuinely curious as to why everyone wasn’t given the same treatment. I’m also very disappointed as someone who has ordered from rhode multiple times! Is anyone else in the same boat / got a more detailed response from customer service?
