Static Residencial Proxy showing wrong location on google

I hired a static residencial proxy on proxy cheap for Brazil and I'm using it with Ads Power.

Some websites like whatismyip are showing I'm in Brazil but when I try "google my location" its showing Lithuania.

Why is it happen? How can I solve ?

I have a Macbook pro mid-2012 A1278 and yesterday I installed Ubuntu 26.04 LTS. After installation the wifi wasn't working so I used my iPhone to connect my mac to internet. I run the following commands:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install firmware-b43-installer

Wifi now is working, but it's SUPER slow ! It's under 10Mbs !

What can I do ?
