Question for bank tellers

**Looking for advice on getting hired as a bank teller**
Hi everyone! I’m currently trying to get my foot in the door and get hired as a bank teller. I’ve been applying to teller positions and would really appreciate any advice from people who currently work in banking or have experience hiring tellers.
I’m especially wondering:
What do banks look for when hiring entry-level tellers?
Is previous banking experience usually required?
What can I do to make my resume stand out?
What are some common mistakes people make during teller interviews?
Is there anything you wish you knew before applying?
I’m willing to learn and work hard, and I’m really hoping to find an opportunity where I can build professional experience and grow with the company.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! 😊
