haven't received credentials and Support is not replying

I purchased an account recently but I still haven't received the login credentials. I already reached out to support via email, but I haven't received any response yet.
Is anyone else experiencing delays with their support team right now? Any advice on how to get this resolved quickly would be appreciated. Thanks
