How is it living in the Venice neighborhood of LA?
For some reason I’ve been drawn to this neighborhood, despite growing up on the other side of the country and never having been to Los Angeles. I’ve always felt that if I could live in LA, it would be Venice. What is it actually like to live there, or hangout there?
Does it feel secluded from other neighborhoods? Does it have enough amenities (restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, etc.) that you don’t have to constantly brave LA traffic and can be relatively self contained if you want to?
