Hi everyone! I posted earlier this week about moving apartments downtown and am planning to tour Mosaic next week - just wanted to get some advice from current or former residents.
I’ve seen a few posts in this subreddit warning against renting with Enclave. If you’ve lived at Mosaic, what has your experience been like?
Hey! I currently live downtown and have had a really rough time with my current property management company. I’m looking to move out of my space and just want to get advice from those living downtown that have had good experiences in their space.
I would prefer to have in unit laundry and central air. Maintenance being on top of taking care of the place is also very important to me. I’d also prefer to stay away from centric.
Any advice would help!

Looking for recommendations on house cleaning services. I work long shifts and live alone in a one-bedroom apartment (with two cats, so… you can imagine), and I could really use some help keeping up with it.
I’m mainly looking to have the floors, bathroom, and living room cleaned - nothing too involved. Ideally something budget-friendly and that you’d actually trust to be in your home unsupervised.
Any recommendations welcome, and if you have tips on how the whole process works, I’d love to hear those too!
Edit: Also what price range should I expect for something like this?

Every time time I check LinkedIn i’m amazed at the new levels of garbage that these people come up with 😭 I’m not sure what designers/CEOs/Leadership hope to achieve when they change the job title every 10-12 months. It’s frankly ridiculous and tiresome to see design be relegated to “taste” - whatever that actually means - all while these idiots will post things like this because they want to pay a one person salary for a job that requires 3 people or are describing things designers already do and have done for years but under some new idiotic name.
I know LinkedIn is by no means a place where anyone with real experience or expertise spends time on but it’s so frustrating watching supposed design leaders flush this field further down the drain.
