1975 Chevrolet Malibu Build - Should I Buy This?

Hoping to reach more specifically mechanically inclined people, but I figured there would be nice input here for anyone anyways. I’ve always had faster newer cars, Audi S6, Jaguar F Type R, but they’ve been 2017+ and I’m looking at this 1975 Chevy Malibu that’s been basically built all the way. Summit Racing 540 BBC engine, built 700R4 trans, 4.10 gear, blah blah blah. Everything but the frame/guts.

It wouldn’t be a daily per se but it certainly wouldn’t collect dust. Would do some interstate cruising probably 3-4 times a week. Maybe 7.5K miles a year.

Guy is asking $25k, which feels suspiciously cheap given the parts. Anyways, here’s some pics. Open to any and all input on if this build looks as good as it does to my inexperienced eyes, and if it would serve the right purpose.
