I’ve seen a ton of confusion and panic in the sub lately about crazy import taxes and customs duties when ordering a Whoop to India.

I reached out to Whoop Support directly to get a final answer, and here is their official confirmation

Zero Customs Duty: If you order through their official Indian storefront (www.whoop.in).

Domestic Shipping: These orders are shipped locally within India, meaning the package won't get held up at international customs.

No Surprise Fees: You will not have to pay any additional charges to the courier upon delivery.

If you were on the fence about ordering because of the old import nightmare stories, you’re good to go! Hope this helps anyone looking to buy.

Considering I am in mumbai, anyone knows how much time is it gonna take? I guess their warehouse is in mumbai itself.

I am planning on buying Whoop One and I have few questions in mind.

- Will i have to pay any extra duty apart from the above MRP?

- If any KYC is done, will they also do kyc for address as well? Because my current and permanent address is different.

- What about buying from Amazon?

- Is the renewal fee lower than this initial year 1 subscription?
