Lets say Ben never did any of the stunts and just walked into the store and asked basic questions. They trespassed him immediately. He got Josh Johnson’s number and called him to ask about the lego. That was considered electronic harassment. He follows Josh Johnson around waiting for him to get off the phone, and that’s the basis for a stalking charge.
How are reporters supposed to cover controversial stories when any target can get protective orders that prevent journalists from reporting? Does anyone remember the journalists ambushing corporate executives in parking lots and walking up to people in their driveways to get comments about corporate crime in the nineties? Journalists don‘t have the suits and news badges anymore, but it’s the same job.

Its not 1. None of these people are wearing driving or doing anything that would cost a million dollars a year much less 10 million. Actual rich people are not in the corporate headquarters when a YouTuber shows up. Actual rich people are on boats and planes and shows. Nah ah, I call BS.
Its not 2. As “devoted” mormons they don’t remember basic tenets of their faith and are amoral dummies. I just don’t buy Ammon choosing to lie and steal but also tithing millions of dollars to the Mormon church because he is such a true believer.
3 is weird but makes more sense. Reed Brimhall took down two videos which suggest that the money is going towards a ponzi operation. Reed Brimhall is the CFO and secret 51% owner of Bricks and Minifigs. Why is he trying to hide this? Why is he CFO and not CEO? Why put “my son is an idiot“ in charge if he isn’t a patsy?
