IMVU has my account on hold because I used my husbands card. I bought a 300,000 creds package with an affirm virtual card. Once the money is deducted or a hold is put on it, the card is no longer accessible. Both of us submitted id info and so many documents pertaining to the purchase. They threatened legal action against me if I dispute. I’m so upset, it’s been three days.
