I ordered an 8th of rosin, tracking shows it was delivered but it wasn't. Neighbors don't have and it the post office has been no help. So I reach out to Kache and after some back and forth they said they can offer a replacement or a refund, to which I said I would take a replacement. I thought this was cool because they didn't have to do that. But then after telling them i wanted the replacement puck they just completely ghosted me lol. I think if they had told me to just fuck off I would have accepted that but they offered the replacement before I even asked or anything lol. Damn Kache
