Dragon Shield Clear Matte sleeves look bad after 4 scenarios. Defect or Normal?
Hi everyone, I need some advice on these "premium" sleeves. I bought a case of Clear Matte online and sleeved up the Marvel Champions core set, Next Evolution expansion, and a few heroes and I'm wondering whether this is normal for this type of sleeve?

The seller offered a full refund, but only after I mail the sleeves back and they receive them. That would mean removing every card from its sleeve, shipping them, and waiting on the refund before I could resleeve anything.
Is this a defect, or is it typical of these sleeves? And would you push the seller for a different resolution, like a refund without a return, or just move on to a different brand? Any sleeve recommendations are welcome.
I have sleeved the encounter cards and villain cards with Gamegenic mattes and they work pretty well, but I do like the shuffle feel better with the Dragon Shield mattes.
