Asking for an advice about - routines to do coding, usage of online tools

I'm trying to build a routine for doing coding everyday as per my college time. Right now my hoilday's are on going but I'm trying to build it from now on so after getting started with college I won't get any problems regarding it.
But people now of our age or new gen we can say(including me) want to stay late at night and the surprising part is we are more focused at night rather than 8am in the morning with yawing and all sleepy(doesn't matter last night I slept at 11pm or 10pm I still feels sleepy in morning), Maybe these is only my mindset that my focus is more at night time-but what I actually think is we don't remember any of these thing for long term or not at all. And staying at night worn outs my skin.

And whenever I start any tutorial or course I think seniors said it would be great to start project while learning, but on second thought I think It would be better to build after learning and I end up doing nothing. And same while getting any project idea Should I tell AI and ask all techstack, design, structure? OR should I write it all by myself-No, then what the hell part should I have to ask AI- we can't type each thing and waste time, so what is that part we have to ask online???
